Creating a song is so easy, writing a bunch of words to a rhythm, playing random notes to a melody. Voila you have a song!!! It's really not simple, it's like putting a puzzle together with most pieces missing so it's incomplete you would need to find the piece. You can't just write a song in 1 day, it's not possible. So I'm gonna share to you guys my process of writing a song. Writing a song The first thing I did is write all my ideas down on a paper trying to find a theme of my song like I choose to write song about me growing up because I'm at this point of being a young adult in other words being on my own. It's my last year of high school going to college next year is a big change in my life and probably others too. Now that I have a subject I can put more ideas relying on the subjects like what I feel about being on my own in a year, What my parents would feel when I leave, Looking back to my good memories especially in photos, To be able to write a song there some tips that my music teacher gave me ( She's trying to write her own album) 1- Try to have equal syllables 2- Try to have the same number of phrases each Verse and Chorus 3- Make it simple After I did all of that I started to write some lyrics down like I'm writing a story. I had a good idea to find inspiration or looking for a structure of a song. I looked up some songs that I lesson to a lot that has the kind of story about growing up like Miranda Lambert her song Mama. I tried to lesson to the music in the background to have some ideas for the melody. When you have all your lyrics written down you can start writing the melody and ask yourself how the notes will collide to the lyrics by example each cord is 1 phrase of the verse. So you pretty much do that till your satisfied with your work. That's the long part of writing a song. There's probably other things that could help to write a song probably on the internet or a music teacher but that's my way of writing a song. Writing a song for me is like a volcano. The way it exploded is all the mess to write a song like you're ideas flying every, the stress of trying to get this song together, the up and downs... This is Me

Wow, quel processus intéressant... et complexe! J'aime l'image du volcan, l'intensité des idées, des émotions qui n'attendent que pour sortir.
